Privacy policy

Who I am

This site is run by Boluwatife Bamidele (Bam Bosco), trading as Go N Scale It, based in Nigeria. When this policy says "I", "me" or "my", it means me. You can reach me about anything in this policy at hello@goandscaleit.com.

What I collect

• What you give me. Your name and email when you download the free kit. Your name, email, website or social link and answers about your business when you book a call or send a custom request. Billing details when you pay.
• What I collect automatically. Basic visit data such as your browser, device, pages viewed, the site that sent you and an approximate location based on your IP address. This comes from cookies and similar tools described below.
• What you share when we work together. Logins, content and business information you send me so I can build your setup.

I don't collect card numbers myself. Payments are handled by the payment provider and I never see your full card details.

How I use it

• To send you the free kit and the emails you signed up for.
• To book, remind you about and run your sales review call.
• To reply to your requests and send quotes.
• To take payment, deliver the work and support you afterwards.
• To see how the site is used and improve it, including measuring any ads I run.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

I rely on your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), on what's needed to deliver a service you asked for, on my legitimate interest in running and improving my business, and on legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run this business:

• Systeme.io hosts this site and handles forms, emails, booking and checkout.
• Flutterwave processes payments.
• Zoom runs our video calls.
• Knock Knock powers a website widget that may collect visit and device information.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta or Google, if I run ads, to measure results.

I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights.

Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria, including in the US and the EU. Where that happens I rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar tools to keep forms and checkout working, remember your choices, understand how the site is used and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work properly without them.

Emails

If you download the free kit, I'll send you the kit and occasional emails about getting more clients. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask me to stop.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the reasons above. Lead and email data stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Client and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws, you can ask me to:

• Show you the personal information I hold about you.
• Correct it or delete it.
• Stop or limit how I use it, or object to it.
• Send it to you or another provider in a usable format.

Email hello@goandscaleit.com and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Nigeria that's the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

I use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited to what's needed. No system is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security, but I'll tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Children

This site and my services are for business owners. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be flagged on this page.
