About these terms

These terms cover your use of this site and any service you buy from Go N Scale It, run by Boluwatife Bamidele (Bam Bosco) in Nigeria. By using the site or paying for a service, you agree to them. Your written quote or proposal sits alongside these terms. If they conflict, the quote wins.

The services

I set up marketing and sales systems for coaches and course creators. That includes pages, email follow-up, booking, checkout, course or community setup and ad setup. The exact scope, timeline and price for your project are agreed in writing before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Prices and payment

• The full setup is a fixed price, agreed before we start. You can pay 50% to start and the balance before launch, or pay in full.
• Work starts once the first payment clears and your onboarding form is in.
• Ongoing support is billed monthly in advance.
• Platform fees (Systeme.io, Kajabi, GoHighLevel and so on), ad spend and other third-party costs are paid by you directly and aren't included in my price.
• If a payment is late, I may pause work until it's paid.

What I need from you

Timelines depend on you sending content, logins, feedback and approvals on time. If something I need is late, the timeline moves by the same amount. If a project is paused on your side for more than 30 days, I may treat it as complete for the work done so far, or charge to restart it.

Revisions

Each stage includes the rounds of feedback listed in your quote. Extra rounds or new requests are quoted separately.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, everything I build for you is yours: pages, emails, copy and automations, in your own accounts. I keep the right to reuse my general know-how, templates and methods, and to show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Results

I build every system to give you the best shot at more booked calls and clients, but I can't guarantee specific leads, sales or revenue. Those depend on your offer, your audience, your ads and things outside my control.

Third-party platforms

I build on platforms I don't own. I'm not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes or account decisions, including ad account restrictions.

Confidentiality

I keep your logins, business details and data private and use them only to do the work. Once the project ends, I'll remove my access if you ask.

Liability

As far as the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. I'm not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses.

Ending a project

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, as set out in the refund policy, and I hand over everything completed so far.

Using this site

The free kit and other materials on this site are for your own business. Please don't resell or republish them as your own. Don't misuse the site or try to break it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll try to sort out any dispute by talking first.
